Ashlea is an international TV reporter, media trainer and communications specialist. She has reported from The World Economic Forum, The Mining Indaba, The World Bank and the JSE; and has interviewed some of the world’s most prominent business professionals and politicians.
Ashlea was the Cape Town reporter for CNBC Africa and hosted the show, CNBC’s Eye on Western Cape. She is a qualified media trainer and has a Masters degree in Media and Broadcasting from Lynn University in the USA. Ashlea is the show host for the digital news platform, Business Affair.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude, Ashlea went on to work at Al Jazeera and ABC News in the USA, as well as working in politics on Capitol Hill.
Rudy Coertzen is a Director of Photography and has worked on some of the world's most demanding television broadcast productions, like Top Billing, Pasella, Doctor's Orders, Inserts DOP on Expresso show on SABC3, DeKat TV on KykNet, Ontbytsake on KykNet and "Stories of Hope" on ETV.
Rudy is multi-talented and highly experienced in all facets of television production, including direction, lighting, sound and post production from concept to final product.
